Day 10

Today we all headed to the kitchen thinking that we were making macaroni and cheese, but we soon found out that we were making chocolate truffles! I really enjoyed making this because I learnt many new techniques and it challenged Ella and I as a team. In the end because Ella and I worked together our truffles turned out brilliant. I feel that Ella and I work well together as a team and I'm glad she's my partner.

Day 9

Today we made CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!! Which is pretty much my favorite thing we've made so far because we learnt a new technique with the electric mixer even though it took us two times to get it right (the first time Ella put the mixer on to fast and sugar went everywhere, but we cleaned it up) I was really happy with the end result because they were a good shape, colour and tasted delicious.

Day 8

Today I was away again which kind of left be behind a bit because the class was working on the assignment but luckily I have a good friend, Ruby who filled a bit of it out for me so I want as behind.

Day 7

Today we made chicken and avocado quesadillas. I liked the sound of this because I liked both chicken and avocado and so does Ella, so I got the ingredients while Ella started cooking. We like to have fun when we are cook so sometimes we play SAFE but fun games and as this didn't take long to make we had plenty of time to eat. Overall I think that our quesadillas were a success because they looked and tasted amazing.

Day 6

Today we made scones Ella and I were happy to do this because we learnt new techniques with it even though these techniques were challenging we still make good scones and have fun doing it. Ella got the ingredients while I started cooking (cutting butter into small pieces). Today was also our day to wash up according the Ruby and Holly so we washed up quickly and sneaked in a quick taste of our scones.

Day 5

Today both Ella and I were away which is a shame because the class made APPLE CRUMBLE!!! I was quite upset because everyone said that it was delicious. But I'm sure Ella and I will try it at home together.

Day 4

Today Ella and I made jacket potatoes and Vietnamese coleslaw. I was exited to make this because I love potatoes and coleslaw, Ella was exited too. Ella got the ingredients whilst I started cooking like the first thing I did was poke holes in the potatoes and them put them in the microwave. As we used the microwave not the oven it didn't take us very long to make the whole dish. So we made a deal with Ruby and Holly that if they washed up we would dry and put away and swap every lesson. I love hopsotality because it gives me a deeper understanding into food prep and presentation, I get to work with my friends and we get closer and we get to eat yummy food.
